Clinton Lynch: The FIX is IN an offer they can’t refuse

AG the fix is inIn their private jet plane Clinton Lynch meeting, President Clinton made an offer that the AG can’t refuse (he appointed Lynch as U.S. Attorney in NY in 1999).  Comey also has received the offer he can’t refuse.  The fix is in. No criminal referral, just a thousand page critique and a reprimand. Then an act of contrition by the Clinton Crime Family.

Attorney General Lynch won’t overrule prosecutors if they decide to bring charges related to Hillary Clinton’s email server, an official said.

Attorney General Loretta E. Lynch plans to announce on Friday that she will accept whatever recommendation career prosecutors and the F.B.I. director make about whether to bring charges related to Hillary Clinton’s personal email server, a Justice Department official said. Her decision removes the possibility that a political appointee will overrule investigators in the case.

The Justice Department had been moving toward such an arrangement for months — officials said in April that it was being considered — but a private meeting between Ms. Lynch and former President Bill Clinton this week set off a political furor and made the decision all but inevitable.

The Justice Department had been moving toward such an arrangement for months — officials said in April that it was being considered — but a private meeting between Ms. Lynch and former President Bill Clinton this week set off a political furor and made the decision all but inevitable.

Attorney General Loretta E. Lynch, conceding that her airport meeting with former President Bill Clinton this week had cast a shadow over a federal investigation of Hillary Clinton’s personal email account, said Friday that she would accept whatever recommendations that career prosecutors and the F.B.I. director make about whether to bring charges in the case.

“I will accept their recommendations,” Ms. Lynch said in an appearance at the Aspen Ideas Festival. She said that “the case will be resolved by the same team that has been working on it from the beginning.”

The attorney general said she had decided several months ago to defer to the recommendations of her staff and of the director of the F.B.I. because her status as a political appointee sitting in judgment on a politically charged case would raise questions of a conflict of interest.

As I said, the fix is in.

Is Clinton (her accomplices too) subject of a criminal investigation? (as Comey said in correcting the terminology some months ago….”this is an investigation”) an investigation about violating the Espionage Act, and safeguarding official secrets as she was briefed and she signed off on understanding it? Is such “interview” a testimony (discovery) under oath, under risk of perjury if lying and with the subject’s legal counsel at her side. The reporting of this whole procedure sounds so fishy to me that I conclude that DOJ is already set up to let her walk with a strong reprimand for overlooking State Dept rules …… but no criminality, no indictment. That is the fix that is in.
